Tauranga Protest!

This morning, Tamati Coffey (Labour candidate for Rotorua) and MHDEA chairperson Christine Rose, as well as members Linda Robinson and many more, held a very successful protest in Tauranga outside the office of Simon Bridges. Bridges's decision to allow oil drilling in the area of Maui's dolphins has set off a firestorm! The Bay of Plenty Times reports hundreds of protestors shutting down the streets of Tauranga.
